  • After you forgot both the ID and the password, it is required for you to choose "Forgot Apple ID"
  • You should enter your email address including the name in order to receive the Apple ID
  • When you don't have the Apple ID, you should try to reset iPhone without Apple ID:
  • Individual will be asked with security questions that you'd set up, it is required for you to answer them.

iCloud password reset by using Apple ID:

  • It is first required to move to appleid. apple. com. 
  • Tap the option of "Forgot ID or password?"
  • There is need to choose Apple ID and select ‘Next. '
  • Individual should now either answer security questions, you may retrieve your Apple ID via email. 
  • When you select ‘Email Authentication, ’you will get an email to your backup email address. However, when you check the appropriate email accounts, a message will come to you from an email called "How To Reset Your Apple ID Password. "
  • It is required for you to select ‘Answer Security Questions', there is need to enter birthday, with set of security questions
  • Tap the option of ‘Next’, there is need to answer new password in both fields.
